John's Pass is for shopping!
« on: March 31, 2010, 06:21:33 PM »
Today we went to check out John's Pass which is a great place to spend the afternoon to shop, eat and drink.  If you like beach shops with lots of souvenirs then you'll love this place!  It was full of tourists and it was tough to find a place to park, but after a few minutes we found one when someone pulled out.  They have parking meters that only take quarters, so you'll need a quarter for every 15 minutes that you stay.  Here's a link to their website.

The pink building below is Meyer's House of Sweets and it's full of candy, fudge, ice cream and other treats.  We went for double scoop ice cream cones, and it was so good!  Here's a link to their website as well.
